To register, you must provide:

  • Your name, address, email (if any), phone number, and date of birth

  • Names and dates of birth of all household members, and

  • Proof of Mansfield residency which is any bill dated within the past 60 days showing your name and Mansfield address (a license is not proof of residence)


Ways to register:

  • Clicking the “Online Registration” link below

  • Printing and completing the “Registration form” below; bringing it in person on your first shopping day

  • Emailing


Once registered, you may shop at the Pantry one time per week as long as needed.

The Pantry is open Thursdays 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm by appointment; and Saturdays 9:00 am - 11:00 am on a first come, first served basis.


Once registered, you will receive an email with information on how to place pre-orders (online orders) and to shop in person on Thursdays. This email is generally sent on Sundays around 1:00 pm. If you do not have access to a computer, you may call the Pantry at (508) 339-1343 to make an appointment for Thursday. Please leave your name, phone number, and preferred appointment time; a volunteer will return your call.


Appointments fill up quickly. It is recommended that you submit the order or call the Pantry by Monday evening in order to secure an appointment to shop on Thursday.



The Pantry is closed on the following holiday weeks:


  • Easter

  • July 4th

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas


If the Pantry closes due to severe weather, the Pantry will communicate in one or more of the following ways:


  • Change the Pantry phone message to reflect the closing,

  • Post on the Pantry’s Facebook, X, Instagram, or Threads page,

  • Post on Channel 5 closures (listed under the Congregational Church of Mansfield), or

  • Send an email to those who provided the Pantry an email address.
